WWE Superstars Explore Saudi Arabia Ahead of Night of Champions
The Superstars of the WWE have been able to experience what Saudi Arabia has to offer ahead of tomorrow night’s Night of Champions Premium Live Event.
WWE Night of Champions 2023 will be the ninth event as part of the promotion’s lengthy deal with the middle eastern Kingdom. The show is being promoted as a triple main event show. First, Cody Rhodes will battle Brock Lesnar in a rematch from WWE Backlash, while Seth Rollins and AJ Styles will compete to be crowned the next WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns will team with Solo Sikoa to challenge Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions The Usos. This show will also mark day 1,000 of the Tribal Chief’s incredible reign.
Superstars Tour Saudi Arabia
Ahead of tomorrow’s show, the Superstars have been able to experience the many things that Saudi Arabia has to offer. In a video shared on YouTube, Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair, Mustafa Ali, and Montez Ford visited the tallest building in the world.
SmackDown Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley, LA Knight, Rick Boogs, Karrion Kross, Scarlett, and Omos were all able to experience the City Walk in Jeddah: a recreational area with food stalls, shops, and rides.
Mustafa Ali and Sami Zayn took to Twitter to share some photos of their trip.
This marks Zayn’s first time competing in Saudi Arabia. He had been previously not allowed to perform due to his Syrian heritage. Click here to find out why his situation may have changed.
