Neue Idee für Frauen-Förderung im Schweizer Fussball, die Nati-Spielerinnen können neu während Länderspiel-Zusammenzügen erste Trainer-Diplome erwerben. Am Dienstagabend steht in der WM-Qualifikation die nächste Pflichtaufgabe an, die Nati spielt in Moldawien (19:00, live SRF2).

Die erste Pflichtaufgabe ist souverän erledigt. Heute folgt für die Schweizer Fussballerinnen in der WM-Qualifikation die zweite. Moldawien heisst der Gegner, etwas anderes als ein überzeugender Sieg gegen die Nummer 97 der Weltrangliste wäre eine herbe Enttäuschung. Für die Schweiz geht es im Fern­duell um den Gruppensieg mit Italien auch darum, etwas für die Tordifferenz zu tun.

Schweizer Fussballerinnen haben auch Ziele neben dem Platz

Im Schweizer Frauenfussball geht es aber nie nur um die Entwicklung auf dem Rasen – sondern auch um jene neben dem Feld. Nielsen sieht sich als erster Kämpfer dafür. Er scheut auch nicht davor zurück, deutlich zu werden.

«In der Schweiz bewegen sich gewisse Dinge langsamer als in anderen Ländern. Das muss nicht schlecht sein, Hauptsache, wir kriegen Verbesserungen hin. Wir arbeiten jeden Tag dafür.»

Neben den Anstrengungen, den Spielerinnen während der Karriere mehr Einnahmen zu ermöglichen geht es auch darum, mehr Spielerinnen nach ihrer Aktivkarriere im Fussball zu behalten. Doch dafür braucht es mehr Jobs und Möglichkeiten im Frauenfussball. So, dass es sich für Ex-Spielerinnen lohnt, im Business zu bleiben. Denn noch immer sind die allermeisten zu einem Neustart gezwungen.

Neu bietet der Schweizer Fussballverband seinen Nationalspielerinnen an, während Länderspiel-­Zusammenzügen nebenbei erste Trainerkurse zu absolvieren (und dafür die Diplome zu erhalten). «Das ist ein Schritt, der sehr viel bedeutet», sagt Nielsen, «bis anhin lag die ganze Verantwortung bei den Spielerinnen. Das kann es nicht sein. Wenn wir sie später im Fussball behalten wollen, müssen wir sie unterstützen.»

Wer im Ausland eine Trainerausbildung macht, kann nicht sicher sein, dass diese in der Schweiz anerkannt wird. «Darum brauchen wir flexible Lösungen für unsere Spielerinnen», sagt Tatjana ­Haenni, Direktorin Frauenfussball beim SFV. «Frauen verzichten nicht einfach darauf, Trainerinnen zu werden, weil sie keine Lust haben. Sondern weil das Angebot nicht den Lebensumständen der Frauen entspricht. Wer aufhört, selbst Fussball zu spielen, sollte idealerweise bereits mit einer soliden Ausbildung ein Traineramt übernehmen können.»

Captain Lia Wälti, die selbst bereits das B-Trainer-Diplom besitzt, sagt: «Ich finde dieses Angebot super. Es ist an der Zeit, dass wir unterstützt werden.» Einen Zwang, die Trainerausbildung zu starten, gibt es für die Spielerinnen selbstredend nicht. Obligatorisch ist nur der Sieg heute in Moldawien.
