We were fans of the Acer Swift Go 14 when we reviewed it last year, finding it to be a decent no frills laptop giving you everything you need at a fair price. This year though, Acer has refreshed the Swift Go 14 lineup and gave it a number of hefty upgrades, including OLED displays and the latest Intel processors.

Acer Swift Go 14 specs
For those of you moving on from last year’s Acer Swift Go 14, the most noticeable difference on the new model is likely going to be the display. Instead of a traditional 16:9 IPS display, this year’s refresh brings with it a 14-inch display with a taller 16:10 aspect ratio. You’ll also have your choice between an OLED panel pushing a 2880 x 1800p resolution, or an IPS touchscreen display with a 1920 x 1200p resolution. The OLED displays boast a 90Hz refresh rate, full coverage of the DCI-P3 colour gamut and 500nits of brightness, while the IPS ones have touchscreen support, full coverage of the sRGB colour gamut and 400nits of brightness.
Under the hood, the Swift Go 14 features the new Meteor Lake processors from Intel, with up to the Core Ultra 7 155H, 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of SSD storage on the OLED models and up to the Core Ultra 9 185H, 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of SSD storage on the IPS touchscreen ones. They also come with integrated Intel Arc graphics along with an NPU to handle AI-related workloads such as accessing Windows Copilot via the dedicated Copilot key, or when checking out the various AI-powered features from Acer such as LiveArt and AlterView.
Elsewhere, you’ll find a 65Wh battery good for up to 12.5 hours of use, along with a 1440p webcam, dual USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-A ports, a microSD card reader and a HDMI 2.1 port. The Swift Go 14 also has support for WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3 wireless connectivity. Available in Silver and Frost Blue colourways, the Swift Go 14 weighs in at just 1.3kg and measures 14.9mm thin.
