WATCH: First look at H&M's sexiest designer collab yet

We predict queues will be lining out of stores when the new H&M designer collection launches.

The high street chain is collaborating with one of the buzziest fashion houses in the world, but honestly what’s new there?

The Swedish retailer has tapped Mugler’s creative director Casey Cadwallader for the next race-to-the-tills collection.

The fashion world lost a true legend when Manfred Thierry Mugler died in January 2022, but Cadwallader has been breathing new life into the French luxury label since he joined in 2017.

His peek-a-boo bodysuits and dresses have been rocked by some of the biggest musical starlets such as Dua Lipa and Miley Cyrus and supermodels like Bella Hadid.

The Mugler and Jimmy Choo collaboration last year stepped up the meaning of fierce footwear a notch and when the H&M x Mugler collection drops this spring it’s bound to be a hit.

The video campaign for the collection has dropped and it is packed with scene-stealing pieces.

From curve-flaunting LBDs to cut-out slashed bodysuits and so much sheers, the collaboration is clearly designed to get wearers noticed.

While Cadwallader’s designs have become red carpet favourites, we wonder will the H&M collection ever hold a candle up to some of the most notable Mugler moments?

One of which undoubtedly belongs to Kim Kardashian who made jaws drop at the Met Gala in 2019 with her extreme corset dress.

The theme that year was ‘notes on camp’ and the flesh-coloured midi was covered in hundreds of beads to symbolise ‘a Californian girl stepping out of the ocean dripping.’

It took eight months to make and the reality TV star even admitted the lengths she was willing to go to wear it, which was pretty gross if we’re honest.
