Balik Pulau: Lelaki warga Bangladesh ditahan polis selepas dipercayai mencabul remaja lelaki dalam kebun sayur di Sungai Burung di sini, kelmarin.

Tindakan lelaki itu dikesan selepas remaja lelaki berusia 18 tahun berkenaan membuat laporan polis mendakwa dirinya dicabul suspek pada Selasa lalu.

Ketua Polis Daerah Barat Daya, Superintendan Kamarul Rizal Jenal berkata, terdahulu mangsa dikatakan selesai memancing pada jam 11 pagi dan berselisih dengan suspek ketika dalam perjalanan pulang ke rumah.

Katanya, ketika itu supek menyatakan hasrat mahu membeli ikan haruan yang dipancingnya.

“Berlaku tawar menawar dalam pembelian itu sebelum mangsa bersetuju menjual dua ikan haruan dengan harga RM5.

“Suspek yang memberi alasan tidak membawa duit sebelum meminta mangsa mengikutnya ke rumah bagi proses pembayaran,” katanya di sini, hari ini.

Menurut Kamarul Rizal lagi, sebaik tiba di lokasi, suspek membawa mangsa ke kebun sayur di belakang rumahnya dan mula mencabul mangsa.

Katanya, terkejut dengan tindakan itu, mangsa menepis tangan suspek sebelum melarikan diri.

Susulan laporan polis dibuat mangsa, polis berjaya menahan pekerja kebun sayur berusia 23 tahun itu di Jalan Baru di sini bagi membantu siasatan mengikut Seksyen 354 Kanun Keseksaan dan Seksyen 6(3) Akta Imigresen 1959/63.
