Join us at the Fifth Annual 80s Wrestling Con on Saturday, May 4th, at the Mennen Sports Arena in Morristown, NJ, featuring The Four Horsemen, Jake Roberts, and More! 80sWrestlingCon.com.
Seth Rollins has been pulled from this weekend’s WWE live events.
On local ads, Randy Orton has been slotted in Rollins’ place. As noted earlier, via Wade Keller of PWTorch.com, people in the company who would know about Rollins’ injury situation are not commenting. There has been no official word from the company on the severity of the injury.
Rollins was seen walking around on his leg with a limp so hopefully, that’s a sign that it’s not too severe. The decision to remove him from this weekend’s live events makes sense even if it’s a minor injury and it’s not an indication one way or the other that it could be something worse.
Rollins suffered the injury during the World Heavyweight Championship main event on Monday Night Raw. He was favoring his leg during the match with Jinder Mahal during the closing minutes and then was escorted to the back by trainers after the show. Best wishes to him on a speedy recovery. Again, hopefully, it’s nothing that keeps him out for too long.
