Ravi of K-pop boy group VIXX is poised to drop his second full-length album, “Love&Fight,” on Feb. 8, according to his agency, GROOVL1N, Tuesday.
The company took to its official Twitter account to float a teaser featuring Ravi lying on red roses against a black backdrop; but it did not provide more details about the album, such as the title of the lead track.
It took about two months for Ravi to return with a fresh release, after he dropped the single, “ANI” in December. For the single, Ravi collaborated with Soyeon of K-pop girl group ((G)I-dle.
The 28-year-old singer, who founded GROOVL1N in 2019, set up a new record label, “The L1VE” last year, which houses prominent singers, including MAMAMOO’s Wheein and soloist Ailee.
“Ravi recently took part in the creative process of Wheein and Ailee’s albums and demonstrated his musical prowess,” GROOVL1N said in a statement. “This time, he will come up with his own music, which will sound different from what he showcased in the past.”
Ravi debuted as a rapper of VIXX in 2012 with the album, “Super Hero,” and went solo in 2017, releasing “R.eal1ze.” Since then, he has put out a series of tracks, such as “Leaf” (2020) and “Raindrop” (2020).
