Gossip page DeuxMoi, which crowd-sources celebrity sightings and gathers detailed reports about how stars behave in real life, recently asked their followers if they had ever seen a celebrity demonstrate ‘a random act of kindness’.

The account shared a preview of some answers from people around the world who’ve met A-list celebrities in unexpected situations.

One recalled singer and actor Mandy Patinkin buying them snacks for them at a CVS – a pharmacy in the US.
