Ultra Tune magnate Sean Buckley has been hit with criminal charges over allegedly installing a hidden camera in the apartment of his glamorous ex-girlfriend.
The high-profile car repair boss, 61, has been charged with 12 offences relating to the alleged stalking and assault incident in Melbourne’s CBD last year.
Victoria Police confirmed a 61-year-old Melbourne man had been charged with two counts of make threats to kill, four counts of stalking, recklessly cause injury, maintain listening device, installing optical device and assault related matters.
A police spokesman said officers had also charged two other Melbourne men in relation to the incident.

A 40-year-old man has been charged with four counts of stalking and maintain listening device, while a 43-year-old man has been charged with two counts of stalking and installing an optical device.
All three are set to face Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on November 16 this year.
It’s been reported the charges relate to Mr Buckley allegedly stalking his former partner, bikini model Jennifer Cruz Cole, and engaging others to install a hidden camera.
A lawyer acting for Mr Buckley told The Age he would defend the charges in court.

“These allegations are denied,” the lawyer said.
Ms Cole is a former Ultra Tune “rubber girl”, appearing in racy ads for the company that featured women in skin-tight outfits alongside celebrities including Mike Tyson, Jean-Claude van Damme and Charlie Sheen.
She appeared in a well-known ad beside Pamela Anderson and Warwick Capper last year.
The car repair company Mr Buckley owns has more than 270 franchises that turn over $220m annually.
