UK economy rebounds 0.4% in August: Data

Britain’s economy rebounded in August after the lifting of coronavirus restrictions, official data showed Wednesday.

Gross domestic product grew 0.4 percent last month after a downwardly-revised 0.1-percent contraction in July, the Office for National Statistics said in a statement.
