Kiran Rao’s much-awaited Laapataa Ladies hits theatres on March 1. Ahead of the film’s release, the makers held a screening, which was, among other celebrities, also graced by South superstar Adivi Sesh. The Goodachari actor has earlier today taken to social media to share his thoughts on the film, lauding the performances of the young star cast.

Taking to his Instagram Stories, Adivi called it a ‘Sweet Film’ and the star cast brilliant. The actor wrote, “#LaapataaLadies Gosh! What a sweet film. The brilliant young kids @nitanshigoelofficial @SS_This)Side & @Pratibha_Ranta. The ensemble are phenomenal. And let’s not forget the magical @RaviKishann what a performance. @RaoDyness Kiran Garu has created a lovely gem about hope.”

Laapataa Ladies Screening

The special screening of Laapataa Ladies saw Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao being snapped together on the red carpet. Kiran Rao stunned in a yellow saree while Aamir Khan looked dapper in a black outfit. The guests for the evening included Sunny Deol, Karan Johar, Kajol as well as Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira and her husband Nupur Shikhare.
