U.S. FDA advisers vote in favor of booster for J&J COVID-19 vaccine

– A panel of advisers to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Friday voted to recommend the authorization of a second dose of Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine for people aged 18 and older at least two months after the first dose.
