Two people have been killed and a third is fighting for life after a car crashed into a tree in Victoria‘s west.
Police say a sedan was travelling south on Harry Goods Road in Winslow about 3.40pm when it veered off the road and hit a tree.
The driver was trapped in the car and was treated in the car before before being eventually freed by rescue teams.

The driver has been airlifted to The Alfred Hospital in a life-threatening condition.
Two passengers, who have not yet been identified, died at the scene.
Police are yet to determine the cause of the crash.
