Türkiye’nin Washington Büyükelçisi olarak atanan Birleşmiş Milletler (BM) Daimi Temsilcisi Büyükelçi Sedat Önal, BM Genel Sekreteri Antonio Guterres’e veda ziyaretinde bulundu.
