New details of the downing of Russian planes on February 19 (wikipedia.org)
One of the Russian planes shot down on February 19 fell into the Sea of Azov. The Russian occupiers are looking for the crew of the second one, according to Ukrainian Air Force commander Mykola Oleshchuk, and advisor to the mayor of Mariupol Petro Andriushchenko.
“Russian rescuers reported that the pilot of the Su-35 is drifting face down in the Sea of Azov. And the Cospas-Sarsat system again tells where to look for the crew of the Su-34. Let’s keep working!” Oleshchuk says.

In addition, the advisor to the mayor of Mariupol, Petro Andriushchenko, shows a video from the scene of the accident.
“From the scene. The plane that did not crash is in the sea. Rusnya is trying to get something. Rybatske is blocked by the military commandant’s office. Everyone is running around,” he writes.

There were explosions in Mariupol on February 19. At the time, Andriushchenko reported that an airplane had gone down.
Later, Oleshchuk confirmed the incident, saying that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had shot down two more Russian planes in the east. According to Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi, these planes were carrying out anti-aircraft missile strikes on the positions of Ukrainian forces.
