Allu Arjun confirms ‘Pushpa: The Rule’ will beat its prequel
The international film festival in Berlin has been held for the year, and the pan-Indian film ‘Pushpa: The Rise’, which was released in 2021, was screened at the festival. With its ever-growing popularity, Sukumar’s action drama has created a name for itself on the international platform of films, and it shined at the Berlin International Film Festival in 2024.
Allu Arjun, who won the National Award for Best Actor for ‘Pushpa’, walked the red carpet in Berlin. Speaking at the international arena, Allu Arjun confirmed that the sequel to the film ‘Pushpa: The Rule’ will be more massive and grand and confirmed that the film will beat its prequel.
The hope given by the actor has given more buzz to the film, and its expectations have skyrocketed. ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ is set for release in theatres on August 15, 2024. The movie features Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil in lead roles.
The actor also spilled the beans on making the movie a franchise. During his speech, Allu Arjun said that he wishes to make his character role a franchise and make more films with it on the cards, and he added that there are exciting ideas for the lineup.
