TMJ ingatkan Sarawak United jaga disiplin

Kuala Lumpur: Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim mengingatkan pegawai dan pemain Sarawak United menjaga disiplin dan kelakuan apabila bersaing di Liga Super musim depan.

Jelas pemilik kelab Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) itu, agak memalukan apabila segelintir pegawai dan pemain daripada pasukan itu bertindak liar ke atas pengadil perlawanan ketika aksi Liga Perdana membabitkan Sarawak United dan Negeri Sembilan FC minggu lalu.

“Satu perkembangan yang bagus (Sarawak United layak ke Liga Super musim depan), tapi kena jaga disiplin staf masing-masing kerana insiden baru-baru ini.

“Benda itu tak patut berlaku dan FAM (Persatuan Bolasepak Malaysia) ada tindakan lebih keras,” katanya pada program bual bicara bola@mamak.

Pada aksi 10 September lalu itu, pemain dan pegawai Sarawak United bertindak agresif apabila menyerang pengadil selepas tidak berpuas hati dengan beberapa keputusan pegawai perlawanan.

Dalam aksi yang berlangsung di Stadium Bolasepak Kuala Lumpur, Cheras itu, Negeri Sembilan FC berjaya menundukkan lawan dengan 1-0 hasil jaringan lewat Francis Kone di hujung babak kedua.

Menurut Tunku Ismail, imej bola sepak Malaysia akan tercemar dan tidak harus berulang. “Kalau tidak benda ini akan berlaku, kita juga kena faham ramai negara jiran yang memerhati sikap kita…kita nak ada imej yang bagus dalam bola sepak,” katanya.

Dijangka FAM bakal mengenakan denda berat kepada pasukan Sarawak United dengan hukuman penggantungan perlawanan boleh dikenakan ke atas individu bersalah.
