Coming in Anti corruption body upholds the action on National Herald 752 crore assets case the educating authority under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. The PMLA after extensive hearings has upheld the provisional attachment order of assets of 751.9 crore specifically in connection with a high profile money laundering case. Allegations involving the Associate journal limited the AJL and Young India. Why I this is remember this had been a huge controversy and its connected to the Congress party because they’ve been stakeholders also specifically in the AJL. Now Anti corruption body has upheld this action on National Herald. Munish Pandey is getting us that big news. Munish Sonia and Rahul Gandhi, if I’m correct, held about 76% of shares in young India. What does this mean? Attaching the properties of 752 crore almost under the PMLA? What is it about? And do tell us the latest because about 76% if that is with the Gandhis, that’s also then connecting to the Congress party Well pooja, the Enforcement Recruit was carrying out a money laundering investigation in connection to the National Herald case and during the investigation last year in the month of November, the Enforcement Recruit made attachment of more than 751 crore in connection with this case. Now as far as the Enforcement Recruit procedure is concerned, once the attachment is made then the Educating Authority hears the case from both the sides and after extensive hearings the educating authority has concluded that the attachment by the enforcement directed was was within the right given to enforcement directed. And this is going to be a major set back for the Congress party and those who are associated with AJL that is associated General Limited and Young India because it was challenged also. Now as far as Ed is concerned what they came and what they have found so far during their investigation allegedly is that there was a cross violation of Money Laundering Act. There was irregularities found in the books of account given by the given by the individuals associated with AGL and Young India. And remember Pooja as you rightly pointed out, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi were also questioned by the enforcement directed in connection with this case. So one can say it is procedural that the attachment is confirmed by the educating authority but at the same time it is saying that it was a high profile case. Based on the evidence, the educating authority has decided to confirm the attachment which was done by these are extensive hearings that have happened. So the anti corruption body has upheld that action which means 752 crore rupees assets worth assets have been for now by the educating authority have been now taken into consideration has been has upheld the provisional attachment of these properties. I request Manish for you to stay in. Its a big news. Well try and get more reactions but remember extensive hearings have happened in this case. After that is what we are told. The educating Authority has taken the decision to uphold that.
