Visitors may get full information about their desire travel destinations as well as the regional specialties just via a click. They can also interact with local restaurants or eateries at these destinations,” said Le Tan.
The map’s nice experiences and beautiful photos will be shared by influential individuals of society on social networks to spread widely the culinary culture of Vietnam.
According to culinary expert Ly Sanh, former Chairman of the Saigon Professional Chefs Association, food accounts for 25% of tourism revenue, even in many localities this figure is 50%.
The development of “Map of Vietnam’s culinary tourism” is expected to help promote tourism in particular, and the economy in general after the Covid-19 pandemic.
