The Masked Singer UK viewers go WILD as an AIR FRYER takes to the stage and belts out a pop hit: 'I think my brain is broken!'

The Masked Singer UK viewers went wild as one contestant took to the stage as an Air Fryer during the latest episode on Saturday.

Disguised within the enormous costume they belted out Ava Max’s Kings and Queens for the studio audience and judges.

Fans at home loved the loveably bizarre character that also featured digital eyes and mouth which moved along to the music.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one wrote: ‘I think The Masked singer has finally broken my brain can’t get over that air fryer’.

While a second said: ‘An Air Fryer? LOL I’ve seen it all now!’.

Meanwhile someone else typed: ‘Air Fryer is one of the best costumes I have seen on this show! Fantastic!’.

And: ‘Haha love Air Fryer’s expressions’.

Another commented: ‘Everyone else on a Saturday night: out socialising with their mates. Me on a Saturday night: trying to work out the identity of a 6ft air fryer’.

Elsewhere in the show fans were already convinced they’ve worked out who Owl is before their debut performance.

Viewers of the programme and the series’ panellists – Davina McCall, Rita Ora, Mo Gilligan and Jonathan Ross – are left trying to figure out which celebrity is underneath each costume after hearing them sing and being given a number of clues.

Owl will take to the stage this evening along with Eiffel Tower, while Air Fryer takes on Bubble Tea, and Chicken Caesar battles it out with Piranha.

While Owl is yet to perform and their identity is yet to be revealed, some fans of the show are already convinced they know who they are, with the shades of the red and gold costume being a possible hint.

One person asked on the show’s official Instagram page: ‘I feel like the colour scheme could be a clue?’

Taking note of the blazer, one person suggested it could be American actor and singer Darren Criss, 36, who wore a black jacket with a red trim in the show, asking: ‘Darren Criss from Glee?’

Elsewhere, another person thought it may be comedian Al Murray, 55, in the costume, with the funnyman dressing in a red blazer and wearing a blue and black striped tie when performing as his character The Pub Landlord.

However, someone else thought it may be a cast member of the BBC drama series Waterloo Road, asking: ‘Could be someone who’s part of Waterloo Road?’

In the series, the students wear red jumpers, and red and gold ties in a similar colour scheme to Owl’s attire.

Another person suggested Owl is Adam Thomas, with the actor playing Donte Charles in Waterloo Road from 2006 to 2009 before making a comeback last year.

It would not be the first time Adam has made a foray into reality television, with the screen star being an I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! campmate in 2016 and a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing last year.
