The Block's Scott Cam is left frustrated after Hell Week ends with disaster and embarrassment

The Block’s notorious Hell Week sensationally ended on Monday with the shock reveal that not one team had fully completed their project.

The nerve-wracking episode saw host Scott Cam put the Blockheads through their paces and call them to task for not completing their hallways in time.

‘Has anybody here actually finished their spaces?’ he asked the group, with the contestants blushing with embarrassment.

There was some good news for two Blockheads, however, with Dylan Adams and Jenny Heath winning the grueling Hell Week trial by a mere half a point to rack up a score of 27 and walk away with $10,000.

The judging panel were impressed by their almost-completed 40-metre hallway and said if it was finished they would have received a perfect score.

The pair were trailed by Tom and Sarah-Jane who left crushed with a score of 26.5.

Cam didn’t mince words and bluntly told all the teams the best thing about Hell Week was it was finally over.

The teams roared with excitement and were all thrilled the exhausting week was behind them.

Controversial contestants Sharon Johal and Ankur Dogra later vented on camera, with a frustrated Ankur declaring it the ‘hellest week ever’.

The infamous Hell Week earned its moniker because it requires Blockheads to transform a hallway, laundry and powder room within a strict time limit.

Scott Cam previously said on The Kyle and Jackie O show that growing tensions behind-the-scenes during Hell Week can make or break contestants.

He told co-hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O Henderson that couples have even broken up as a result.

‘People have got engaged as well, but there has been a couple of breakups. It’s one of those things, we all know renovating is tough as a couple,’ he explained.
