Love Island couple Jessie Wynter and Will Young take HUGE next step in their relationship

Love Island’s Jessie Wynter and Will Young are preparing to take a huge step in their relationship.

The couple began their whirlwind romance after pairing up on the ITV dating show in January 2023 – and have been inseparable ever since.

Jessie and Will have been living at his family’s 700 acre farm near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, but are now planning on moving in together.

In an exclusive interview, Jessie told MailOnline: ‘Will and I are really excited. I am back in the UK with him, and I’ve officially got a three-year visa. So no more short-term visas which means at the moment we’re currently house hunting!

‘So we’re looking to get our own place which is a big step in our relationship and yeah, we’re just going to kind of see where the road takes us.’

The pair are looking to rent an apartment for around 6 months before buying their first home together.

Jessie explained they are torn between living in Manchester and London: ‘We’re still in talks of where we’re going to permanently situate ourselves. So, we’re open to recommendations. We’re having a look around, but I think we’re both really excited.

‘We do want a bit of a change and we want to be able to have our own space, but we’ll always be nice and close to the farm.’

The couple have enjoyed a string of romantic trips over the past year and have flown to Australia several times to visit Jessie’s family.

On Valentine’s Day, Jessie revealed she couldn’t contain her ’emotions’ as she ‘officially returned to UK long term’ and is excited to ‘start planning their future’.

She wrote: ‘I AM BACK IN THE UK. It has been an emotional time but I have some exciting news for you!!

‘I can now live in the UK for 3 years and what’s even more romantic is that I was able to come back just in time for Valentine’s Day.’

Jessie continued: ‘It was very sad having to say goodbye to my friends, family and life in Australia but I know Will and I have such a beautiful life ahead of us and now that my visa is approved for a longer term we can officially start planning our future together. ❤️

‘Whenever I miss someone or a place, I always remind myself that I so am lucky to have so much love in my life that at times it can hurt. I’m beyond grateful for everything and everyone in my life❤️

‘Everything was very last minute with my flight home, but I came home to Will decorating the room for me and it was the cutest thing ever!!

‘This is what valentines is all about, loving each other and just simply appreciating the person you love whether you’re together or from afar. I can’t ask for anything different, this is perfect and I’m so grateful to be able to be here to spend time with the person I love.’

She concluded: ‘Thank you to everyone who has messaged us and sent us love. So beyond grateful, it honestly means the world!

‘Now that I’m officially living in the UK long term we have some very exciting things coming up which we can’t wait to share with you!!’

Last month, Jessie and Will continued to spark engagement rumours after he shared a snap of his bombshell girlfriend on social media.

Jessie suggested her farmer boyfriend had popped the question as she posed with her hand strategically placed on her chest to show off a possible engagement ring.

The snaps seemed to further fuel rumours that the couple have taken their relationship to the next level after Will admitted he had proposed to Jessie ‘loads of times’.

Appearing on The Jimmy and Nath show over in Australia in January, Jessie opened up about how Will keeps tricking her with pretend engagements.

She said: ‘I know he keeps tricking me. He’s planning all these romantic dates and like literally, you should have seen what he did in the Maldives it was so so romantic.

‘And then he just gets down on one knee, no ring though he just joked about it!’

Teasing, Will added: ‘Little does Jessie know I’ve proposed loads, she’s just taking it as a joke.’

Host Nath then said: ‘Well we need to tell you the real reason that you guys are in here because Will’s decided to do it now.

‘He’s getting down on one knee he’s doing it here.’

Laughing Jessie continued: ‘Oh you’re encouraging this behaviour! It’s the air ring. It’s true it’s happened.’

‘It’s happened it only took an Aussie radio show,’ added Nath.

Commenting on the clip, Will teased: ‘Will make sure the proposal is done on @jimmyandnathshow’ while Jessie added: ‘Jimmy and Nath’s wingman skills on pointttt’.

Meanwhile the couple hinted at a secret engagement after they jetted back to her home in Australia for Christmas.

Jessie looked stunning in a red plunging figure hugging halter neck gown while Will cut a dapper figure in a white open collar shirt and a black suit.

The couple cosied up as the personal trainer, who also starred on Love Island Australia back in 2019, flashed her bare engagement ring finger which prompted the farmer to smile.

Jessie wrote: ‘Is he proposing or has he just told me to get dressed up for a fancy date while on holiday’.
