Tata Motors Dividend 2024, Date: Tata Group’s multinational automotive company, Tata Motors, is all set to reward its shareholders with a dividend for FY24. The company has also announced that its board meeting is scheduled this week to consider the financial results of the company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2024.
Shares of Tata Group’s company started today’s session with gains at Rs 1017.10 on the BSE. Tata Motors’ stock settled at Rs 1015.55, up 0.17 per cent from its previous close on the BSE on Monday.

The Tata Group’s company, in an exchange filing on the BSE, has said that the company’s board is scheduled to meet on Friday, May 10, 2024, to recommend a dividend, if any, on the Ordinary Shares and ‘A’ Ordinary Shares in the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2024. The said dividend, however, remains subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
“…recommend a dividend, if any, on the Ordinary Shares and ‘A’ Ordinary Shares in the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming 79th Annual General Meeting of the Company,” said Tata Motors in an exchange filing on the BSE.

Tata Motors, in the exchange filing, has also said that the company’s board at the said meeting on Friday, May 10, 2024, will consider and approve the audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024.
“A Meeting of the Board of Directors (the Board) of Tata Motors Limited (the Company) is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 10, 2024 (the Meeting), to: consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2024 along with the Reports of the Auditors thereon,” said the company in a regulatory filing on the BSE.
