gabe patillo voice actor and tobymac best friend dies after cancer battle family gofundme
Voice actor Gabriel Patillo died Friday, following a battle with cancer. He died surrounded by his family. He was also known for his professional association with singer TobyMac, who called him his “best friend” in a social media post.
A GoFundMe page set up to raise funds for his family, stated, “Many know Gabriel Patillo from his years on the stage with DCTalk and TobyMac for more than 20 years, but he was first and foremost a beloved husband, father, and son. After a battle with cancer, Gabe passed away on April 12th. As we grieve with the Patillo family, we would like to honor Gabe’s legacy by helping his family cover their financial needs in the near and distant future. This money raised will help his wife Jenni and their three children navigate financial items such as medical, living, and educational expenses.”
