Roads were closed and power lines brought down in the Camden and Elderslie area, as south-westerly winds brought chaos late on Friday night.
SES crews responded to 18 calls for help with the storm peaking between 7pm and 10pm.
Crews worked late into the night to restore power across Camden and Elderslie.

Roads were also obstructed by the freak overnight storm.
While the summer is over, the humidity will still remain, with Sydney expected to maintain high humidity around 80 per cent into the evening.
