SVP greift "Schmarotzer-Politik" der links-grünen Städte scharf an

Die SVP fordert vom Bundesrat die Aufhebung der “willkürlichen” Corona-Massnahmen und eine offene Diskussion über die Energiepolitik. Die Delegierten der Partei sagten an ihrer DV in Montricher VD zudem der “Schmarotzer-Politik der links-grünen Städte” den Kampf an.

Parteipräsident Marco Chiesa begrüsste die 214 Delegierten in Montricher VD zu einer “besonderen” Delegiertenversammlung (DV) in einem offenen Zelt – ohne Zertifikatspflicht. Alle seien willkommen: “Geimpfte, Getestete, Genesene… und Gesunde! 4G statt 3G!”

Chiesa betonte, die SVP sei absolut nicht gegen das Impfen, im Gegenteil. Die Partei habe den Impfstoff immer als ein wichtiges Mittel zur Bekämpfung der Pandemie angesehen.

In der Schweiz herrsche aber Willkür, und die Zertifikatspflicht sei eine unnötige Bevormundung der Bevölkerung, sagte Chiesa weiter. Die Mehrheit der Landesregierung habe daraus ein “Diskriminierungs-Zertifikat” gemacht, obwohl es gut funktionierende Schutzkonzepte gebe. Dies hätten die Gastronomie, der Sport, die Kultur- und die Freizeit-Betriebe längst bewiesen. Die Landesregierung müsse Wort halten und nun endlich eine verbindliche Ausstiegsstrategie vorlegen, um wieder zur demokratischen Normalität zurückzukehren.

Mehr Unabhängigkeit im Energiebereich

Scharfe Kritik übte Chiesa auch an der Energiestrategie 2050 des Bundesrates. Diese sei im Grunde keine Strategie, sondern ein “ökologischer Blindflug”, der den Wohlstand und die Versorgungssicherheit gefährde. Auch ein Stromabkommen mit der EU sei keine Lösung. Die Schweiz müsse selber mehr Strom produzieren, um nicht in eine gefährliche Abhängigkeit zu geraten.

Auch Bundespräsident Guy Parmelin plädierte in seiner Rede zur Lage der Nation für mehr Unabhängigkeit der Schweiz im Energiebereich. Zur Entwicklung der Wirtschaft nach der Corona-Krise äusserte sich der Wirtschaftsminister vorsichtig optimistisch. Die Ampeln stünden eindeutig auf grün, doch der Himmel habe sich noch nicht ganz aufgeklart. Unsicherheiten wie etwa die bestehenden Kapazitäts- und Lieferprobleme und die Entwicklung der Zinssätze könnten den Aufschwung gefährden.

Resolution zum Stadt-Land-Graben

Neben der Corona-Pandemie und der Energiepolitik bildete der in den Augen der SVP tiefe Graben zwischen Stadt und Land einen Themenschwerpunkt. Die Delegierten verabschiedeten dazu eine Resolution. Darin fordert die Partei, den Privilegien und der Umverteilungs-Ideologie der links-grünen Städte ein Ende zu bereiten.

Die links-grün regierten urbanen Zentren profitieren nach Ansicht der SVP massiv von verschiedenen Transferzahlungen der Land- und Agglomerationsbevölkerung sowie der Unternehmen. Unter dem Strich bezögen die Städter mehr Leistungen vom Staat, als sie mit ihren Steuern bezahlten. Dies untergrabe die bürgerlich-liberalen Grundwerte der Schweiz sowie den Zusammenhalt der Bevölkerung über Regionen und soziale Milieus hinweg, beklagt die SVP.

Die Resolution enthält einen Massnahmenkatalog, um das “Treiben” der “Luxus-Sozis” und “Bevormunder-Grünen” zu stoppen. Verlangt wird unter anderem, die Kosten- und Steuerwahrheit zwischen Städtern und Landbevölkerung herzustellen und den Ressourcenausgleich im nationalen Finanzausgleich (NFA) zu streichen oder zu kürzen.

Drei Nein zu Vorlagen vom 28. November

Im Schnellzugstempo über die Bühne brachten die Delegierten schliesslich die Parolenfassung zu den Abstimmungsvorlagen vom 28. November: Sie sagten mit 185 zu 14 Stimmen bei zwei Enthaltungen klar Nein zur Pflegeinitiative. Auch die Justiz-Initiative lehnten die Delegierten mit 179 zu einer Stimme ab.

Die Nein-Parole zum Covid-19-Gesetz, über das ebenfalls am 28. November abgestimmt wird, hatten die Delegierten bereits im August in Granges-Paccot FR beschlossen. Die SVP unterstützt als einzige Bundesratspartei das Referendum gegen das Covid-19-Gesetz.
