A shop that has been closed since January is due to reopen this week. Vinegar Hill’s main shop in Cheltenham, located on The Promenade will open its doors again on Friday (March 1) following a significant makeover.
The popular High Street lifestyle and fashion brand had to close its doors for six weeks for the refurbishment. The town centre store, which opened in 2008, is the family business’s fourth and largest of their 14 stores across the UK.
The first Vinegar Hill store was launched in Stratford-upon-Avon in 1997, with plans to open more this year. This refurbishment marks the first major one since before the pandemic.
Director Beth Austin said: “We love trading on the high street, bricks and mortar is in Vinegar Hill’s DNA. Each of our stores is designed with local communities in mind, so it is important to us that they have a connection to that community, whilst providing the beautiful spaces and relaxed environments in which our customers love to browse.
“We feel certain that our Cheltenham customers will love the changes that have been made and we’re looking forward to inviting them back in to see it.”
As a token of appreciation for their patience during the refurbishment, Vinegar Hill is offering gift vouchers to the first 20 customers who visit the store on Friday.
