Stephen A. Smith's TOP 5 Reasons Michael Jordan Is The GOAT Over LeBron James
ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith recently went on air to speak on the NBA’s GOAT debate, following the Los Angeles Lakers’ first-round series loss to the Denver Nuggets.
Smith has always been vocal on his volley for Michael Jordan as the greatest player of all time, and that hasn’t changed. He was previously quoted saying that if LeBron James was able to take down the Nuggets and win the NBA title in 2024, he would be likely be cemented as the league’s GOAT.
James ultimately lost, leaving Smith in full confidence that Jordan still holds the reign.

Smith gave five reasons for believing Jordan is the best player ever. These five include: the MJ brand, Jordan’s killer instinct, the fact that he conquered his nemeses’, his having staying power with the Chicago Bulls, and his unbeaten NBA Finals record.
James may still have some gas left in the tank, but all he can do now is add to what’s already been an incredible career, boosting his all-time numbers.
