Some men are gold diggers – Evia Simon

An actress, Evia Simon, is of the opinion that some men are gold diggers, who see women as a source of income.

She told Saturday Beats, “Women should never allow men who are not up to their level to know their financial capabilities. Such men are gold diggers. Some men call women gold diggers, but there are many men out there who are lady gold diggers after fast money. If they don’t find other means of making money, they look for a comfortable lady that they can live off.

“At times, such men do not even love the women. I have experienced it. They are only there because the woman is comfortable. Once that is gone, the man leaves too. When one sees many single ladies out there, it is not because they are too materialistic. A lot of women have given up on love because it has failed them.”

Speaking on some of the mistakes she has made in her past relationships, she said, “A woman might say that she would not do certain things again, but that is a lie. It takes a very strong woman to stand her ground when it comes to emotions. When a woman is with someone she is emotionally attached to, she would act like a fool in love. I have learnt from many of my past mistakes in relationships.”
