5:2 und 4:1 entschied Davos die bisherigen zwei Duelle gegen Lausanne für sich. Heute ist das Ganze erstmals eine knappe Kiste. Die unterhaltsame Partie wird allerdings von einem ganz üblen Foul überschattet. Die 40. Minute läuft, Lausanne führt 2:1, als Floran Douay Dominik Egli in Bandennähe völlig unnötig von hinten in den Rücken checkt. Eine gefährliche Aktion, die zurecht mit fünf Minuten plus einer Spieldauerdisziplinarstrafe sanktioniert wird.

Den Davosern gibt das keinen Aufschwung, auch weil sie sich mit eigenen Strafen ausbremsen. Aber dank Gilles Senn bleibt es lange bei der knappen Waadtländer Führung. Bis Cody Almond eine Strafe kassiert. Davos geht volles Risiko, nimmt den Goalie raus und kann dank Dennis Rasmussen 35 Sekunden vor Schluss die Verlängerung erzwingen.

In dieser fallen keine Tore, weshalb es ins Penaltyschiessen geht. Und dort behalten die Bündner die Oberhand. Sie rehabilitieren sich für die 1:6-Heimklatsche gegen die Tigers. Und bei Lausanne setzt sich eine Serie fort. Denn die Waadtländer konnten in dieser Saison noch nie mehr als zwei Spiele hintereinander gewinnen. Auch heute verpassen sie es, einen dritten Erfolg aneinander zu reihen. (red)

Da spielt der SCB ein brillantes erstes Drittel, führt dank zwei Verteidiger-Toren von Ramon Untersander und Calle Andersson, der aus spitzem Winkel trifft, verdient mit 2:0. Und dann geht aus Berner Sicht alles schief, was nur schiefgehen kann.

Sandro Schmid verkürzt 11,4 Sekunden vor der ersten Pause. SCB-Coach Johan Lundskog nimmt die Coaches Challenge, will ein Offside seines künftigen Stürmers Chris DiDomenico gesehen haben. Ausgerechnet der Kanadier! Doch die Unparteiischen Michael Tscherrig und Stefan Hürlimann geben den Treffer. DiDomenico soll die Scheibe kontrolliert haben. Ein heikler Entscheid, springt doch der Puck über DiDomenicos Stock!

Bern kassiert nicht nur ein Gegentor. Obendrauf gibt es auch noch eine Zweiminutenstrafe. Gottéron kann diese zwar nicht verwerten, gleicht nach einem Berner Wechselfehler kurze Zeit später aber dennoch aus.

Schon im ersten Auswärtsspiel führte Bern mit zwei Toren, kassierte in der letzten Viertelstunde aber vier Gegentreffer und verlor doch noch. Der Matchwinner damals? Sämi Walser.

Auch dieses Mal trifft der Stürmer, erzielt sechs Minuten vor Schluss das 3:2. Zuvor aber zeigt Ref Hürlimann einen Penalty für Bern an. Widmer soll die Scheibe im Torraum mit der Hand wegbefördert haben. Nach Rücksprache mit Schiri-Kollege Tscherrig gibts dann aber bloss zwei Strafminuten. Auch danach geht es kurios weiter.

Drei Minuten vor Schluss muss Walser raus. Bern trifft. Doch das Tor zählt nicht! Scherwey steht im Torraum! Kaum angespielt, trifft Untersander doch noch. Bern holt sich immerhin einen Punkt, verliert aber in der Verlängerung. 23 Sekunden nach Wiederanspiel macht Gunderson alles klar.

PS: Fribourg tritt ohne den kranken Philippe Furrer und ohne Raphael Diaz an. Der Nati-Verteidiger hat sich verletzt und fällt mehrere Wochen aus. (A.R.)

Kurz bevor der Puck die Linie überquert, ertönt jedoch der Pfiff des Linienrichters – Abseits. In der siebten Minute zappelt das Netz bereits wieder. Diesmal ist alles korrekt abgelaufen. Krüger lupft die Scheibe im Slot nach einem Azevedo-Zuspiel über den Beinschoner von Van Pottelberghe. Im dritten Powerplay gelingt es den Lions, das Skore nach einem schönen Zusammenspiel durch Quenneville auf 2:0 zu stellen.

Zwischenzeitlich stehts in der Schuss-Statistik 21:5 für die Lions, ehe die Bieler zu ihrem zweiten Powerplay und dem ersten Treffer kommen. Künzle verkürzt aus dem Slot auf 2:1. Brunner gleicht früh im Schlussdrittel zum 2:2 aus, dann fallen zehn Minuten keine Tore und doch gibt es schlussendlich noch deren drei. Alle gehen auf das Konto der Zürcher, wodurch die Gastgeber das Spiel spät für sich entscheiden und die drei Punkte in Zürich behalten. (jku)
