Un sticker. Este es el elemento que ha continuado alimentando la polémica del Presidente Gabriel Boric y el “Perro Matapacos”.

Es que el mandatario desconoció a uno de los símbolos más emblemáticos del Estallido Social, en una declaración que sacó ronchas en el mundo político.

“Yo jamás festiné ni me hizo ningún sentido la imagen burda del perro aquel, del Perro Matapacos, como le llamaban. Ustedes jamás van a encontrar una declaración mía festinando o haciendo gala de aquello”, dijo.

Frente a esto, las respuestas no se hicieron esperar. Y el exconvencional Hugo Gutiérrez indicó que “está renegando de todo aquello que le permitió ser Presidente de la República”, mientras otro político aseguró haber visto un sticker del animalito en el computador del Jefe de Estado mientras era diputado.

El senador independiente Karim Bianchi aseguró que vio a Boric pegando un sticker del “Matapacos” al lado de una foto de Jorge González.

“Le digo al Presidente que no sea amarillo o que no tenga conductas mentirosas respecto a lo que yo vi en algún momento”, indicó.

Y agregó que “no sé cuánto duró ese sticker allí, pero me toco verlo durante una comisión, por tanto, yo llamaría a decir ‘me equivoqué’, o ‘cambié de opinión’ o ‘fui parte de una historia’, pero jamás mentir”.

Frente a esto, en T13 encontraron la imagen a la que se refería Bianchi: una pegatina donde se puede observar el dibujo de un estudiante con una bandera chilena negra acompañado del cuestionado perro.

Por esto, Presidencia salió al paso. Y reconocieron que la acusación del senador era cierta, y el Presidente sí tuvo ese adhesivo. “Se lo regalaron a Boric por su rol como dirigente estudiantil”, consignaron en el mismo medio.

De esta forma, la imagen del “Perro Matapacos” sigue estando en la polémica, con Gabriel Boric como protagonista, de unos dichos que se han tomado la agenda pública.
