Shocking video of a man stealing a family’s Christmas decoration right off their front door has sparked outrage online. 

The man’s heartless actions were captured on CCTV footage and later shared to Instagram. 

The footage shows a man walking up to a family’s front door to steal their Christmas wreath. 

‘It’s the most wonderful time of the year,’ the page sarcastically captioned the video.

While most people were sympathetic to the family, some people saw the funny side of the situation.

‘The level of pre-planning it took puts the Oceans movies to shame,’ one user wrote.

‘I guess they couldn’t find one in the shops either?,’ another added.

Some people had some great advice for avoiding wreath-snatchers like using zip-ties or nailing wreaths to the door.
