CemAir launches new ‘Red Class’ option for passengers

FlyCemAir, or CemAir, will be introducing a new seamless, stress-free premium travel upgrade for travellers with their Red Class offering from 1 December.

According to travel news, Shaniel Singh, Chief Commercial Officer of CemAir, revealed that Red Class was aimed at travellers who value comfort and convenience.

“Red Class is a broad bouquet of services aimed at travellers that value comfort and convenience. It allows passengers to reduce their airport waiting and processing time to a minimum at all of the regular choke points – airport parking is replaced by a valet, check-in counters and bag drops are prioritised, airport security queues are fast-tracked and the aircraft boarding process is personalised,” Singh said.

What passengers can look forward to with Red Class on CemAir

Besides what Singh mentioned, passengers can also enjoy additional leg-room and premium catering on board their flight. Passengers will also get priority disembarking with their baggage delivered first. There will even be airport lounge access for those arriving early for their flight.

Other upgrades include:

  • Check-in 20 minutes before departure
  • Extra leg-room
  • Private apron transfer
  • Extra checked bag
  • Extra sports bag
  • Late-to-gate boarding
  • Priority check-in

“For some passengers, pricing alone determines their travel choice. This often means they’re subjected to long queues, and high-density seating becomes their choice. However, there is a large market which values comfort and this market currently has limited travel options,” Singh added.
