Modi arrived in Chennai on January 19 to inaugurate the Khelo India Games 2023. He visited the Sri Ranganathaswamy and Arulmigu Ramanathaswamy temples in Srirangam and Rameswaram, respectively on Saturday.

PM Modi will preside over the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony of the Ram Lalla idol in Ayodhya on January 22. In Ayodhya, preparations are currently underway while the ceremonies had started from January 16. Notably, the installation of the Ram Lalla idol inside the sanctum sanctorum has taken place as part of the rituals leading up to the ‘pran pratishtha’ ceremony.
