Liberal party officially commissioned to from government

Welcoming a new cabinet and government, the Liberals fourth term will be a very different one and cabinet is no exception. The expansion of the House to 35 means more ministers, with two familiar faces joining the fray. It’s a great honour to be appointed by the Premier to his ministry. It’s a a great team full of experience and commitment and dedication not only to their respective areas but most importantly to. The Tasmanian people. Other opinions were less glowing. We’ve got a bunch of right wing Conservatives, climate deniers, science deniers who are running important portfolios. Guy Barnett’s continued heavy load as both Attorney General and Minister for Health has drawn criticism. It’s clearly the case that Jeremy Rockcliffe has got such low level talent that he’s not prepared to spread the load of these important portfolios. Labour’s concerned about the return of Jane Howlett. They wanna know if she’s being investigated over an alleged conflict of interest from during her time as sports minister, which she denies. Jane Howlett should stand up and say whether or not she is being investigated by the integrity Commission. Has Jeremy Rockliffe actually asked her whether she’s being investigated by the integrity Commission? Clearly I don’t get involved in matters for the integrity Commission. I have confidence. In everyone’s ability and everyone complying with the law. On the West Coast, the New Labour leader was signalling his support for the region’s contested aquaculture industry. I wanna make sure that people on the West Coast and the northwest of Tasmania know that Labour stands for jobs. It’s very much noted that, you know, day one is leader Deans prioritised spending time here in the West Coast and spending time with workers in our industry. Steering Labour in a traditional direction.
