Rugby – Rugby Africa : Tunisian Aref Belkhiria elected member of Executive Committee

(TAP) – President of the Tunisian Rugby Federation, Aref Belkhiria, was elected to the executive committee of Rugby Africa for the period 2023-2027, at the end of the elective General Assembly held Saturday in Cape Town (South Africa).
For his part, Ghanaian Herbert Mensah was elected president of the African authority, succeeding the Tunisian Khaled Babbou.
