PUTRAJAYA – Penurunan nilai kadar kebolehjangkitan (Rt) Malaysia mulai minggu lalu telah mendatangkan kesan positif kepada kebanyakan indikator utama jangkitan Covid-19 yang kini menunjukkan trend penurunan berbanding minggu epidemiologi (ME) ke-46.

Namun begitu, menerusi analisis situasi semasa Covid-19 bagi ME-47, trend peningkatan kewujudan kluster baharu pada ME ke-47 dalam semua kategori kecuali tempat kerja dan import adalah amat membimbangkan.

Ketua Pengarah Kesihatan Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah berkata, penurunan kes baharu secara kumulatif bagi minggu epidemiologi sebanyak 6.8 peratus iaitu daripada 40,600 kes (ME ke-46) kepada 37,830 kes (ME ke-47).

“Kes kematian konsisten menunjukkan penurunan sebanyak 12.4 peratus dengan 304 kematian berbanding 347 kematian pada ME ke-46,” katanya dalam kenyataan pada Selasa.

Menurutnya, purata kes yang memerlukan rawatan di unit rawatan rapi (ICU) menunjukkan penurunan sebanyak lima peratus iaitu 452 kes (ME ke-46) kepada 431 kes (ME ke-47).

“Purata kes yang memerlukan alat bantuan pernafasan turut menurun sebanyak enam peratus daripada 179 kes (ME ke- 46) ke 169 kes (ME ke-47),” katanya.

Beliau berkata, purata kes yang memerlukan rawatan di ICU dan kes yang memerlukan alat bantuan pernafasan mulai menunjukkan trend penurunan mulai ME ke-45.

“Nilai Rt kian menurun kepada 0.96 dan penurunan ini dicatat semenjak 15 November lalu,” katanya.

Dr Noor Hisham berkata, trend penurunan nilai Rt itu dijangka terus memberi impak positif dalam memastikan Malaysia bergerak ke arah fasa hidup dengan virus dan seterusnya endemik sekiranya rakyat Malaysia memberi sepenuh kerjasama dalam mematuhi prosedur operasi standard (SOP) yang sedia ada serta hadir pada temu janji suntikan dos penggalak jika layak.

Katanya, terdapat kumulatif 5,928 kluster dilaporkan sehingga 27 November dan hanya 234 kluster masih lagi aktif.

“Peningkatan semua jenis kategori kluster kecuali import dan tempat kerja adalah amat membimbangkan kerana ini menunjukkan peningkatan aktiviti sosial di semua peringkat tetapi pematuhan SOP sudah mulai dipandang ringan. Hal ini terbukti apabila data menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan tawaran kompaun bagi kesalahan gagal memakai pelitup muka sebanyak 8.9 peratus,” katanya.

Beliau berkata, kesalahan gagal menjaga penjarakan fizikal mulai berkurang iaitu menurun 73.7 peratus.

“Pemakaian pelitup muka dengan betul haruslah diberi penekanan memastikan jangkitan melalui udara dapat dikurangkan,” katanya.

Dalam perkembangan sama, sebanyak 4,879 kes baharu dilaporkan pada Selasa menjadikan jumlah keseluruhannya, 2,632,782 kes.

“Terdapat 24 kes import membabitkan 16 rakyat tempatan dan warga asing dalam jumlah harian tersebut. Daripada jumlah harian yang dilaporkan juga mendapati, sebanyak 4,800 kes atau 98.4 peratus adalah terdiri daripada kategori satu dan dua.

“Bakinya 79 kes atau 1.6 peratus adalah kategori tiga hingga lima,” katanya.

Menurutnya, sebanyak 509 kes ditempatkan di unit rawatan rapi (ICU) dan 252 pesakit memerlukan bantuan mesin pernafasan.

“Bilangan kes sembuh pula adalah 5,168 kes dengan jumlah terkumpul, 2,537,204 kes,” katanya.

Tambah beliau, sembilan kluster baharu dikenalpasti KKM di seluruh negara.

“Jumlah keseluruhan kluster yang direkodkan adalah 5,947 dan 5,716 daripadanya telah tamat. Bakinya, 231 kluster masih aktif,” katanya.
