Rs 30 dividend: Billionaire Harsh Goenka-led tyre company on Thursday declared its quarterly earnings for the January-March 2024 quarter, reporting a decline in its net profit on a yearly basis. The company has also declared its highest-ever dividend payout for its shareholders
CEAT Q4 Results 2024
For the quarter under review, the tyre company reported a net profit of Rs 102.27 crore, down from Rs 132.42 crore in the same quarter in the financial year 2023. CEAT’s revenue from operations rose slightly to Rs 2991.85 crore from Rs 2874.82 crore in the January-March 2023 quarter.
CEAT Dividend 2024
Along with declaring the earnings for the fourth quarter of FY24, the Harsh Goenka-led company also declared its highest-ever dividend payout for its shareholders – 300 per cent. “Recommended final dividend Rs 30 per equity share of face value of Rs 10 each fully paid up,” CEAT said in an exchange filing.
It added that the payout is subject to the approval of the members at ensuing Annual General Meeting, which will be paid / dispatched within 30 days of its declaration thereat.
