Amman, May 27 (Petra) — Royal Hashemite Court (RHC) Chief Yousef Issawi on Saturday received Secretary-General of the Council of Arab Economic Unity of the Arab League Ambassador Muhammadi Ahmed Al-Ni.
During the meeting, Issawi underscored Jordan’s position, under the leadership of His Majesty, in support of all Arab organizations and councils to achieve Sustainable Development Goals in the Arab world.
For his part, Al-Ni offered his congratulations to His Majesty King Abdullah II on the occasion of Jordan’s Independence Day and the upcoming wedding of His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein. He lauded the ongoing support of King Abdullah and the Jordanian government for the Council of Arab Economic Unity.
The meeting also tackled cooperation and expansion in the economic and investment fields and support for joint Arab companies and specialized Arab federations based in Amman.
