Bahan-bahan kue:

6 kuning telur

4 butir telur utuh

150 gram gula pasir

150 gram mentega, lelehkan

100 gram tepung protein rendah

15 gram susu bubuk

15 gram maizena

Isian:

Selai nanas

Coating:

100 gram bubuk whip cream

200 ml susu UHT dingin (bisa ganti air es)

Crumble:

120 gram tepung terigu protein rendah

50 gram gula halus

60 gram butter

1 kuning telur

1 sdm susu bubuk

1 sdm maizena

Topping:

Kue nastar secukupnya

Cara pembuatan:

– Pertama, buat adonan cake. Kocok telur dan gula sampai mengembang, pucat, dan kental berjejak

– Turunkan kecepatan mikser menjadi yang paling rendah. Lalu masukkan secara bertahap bahan-bahan kering, seperti tepung, gula pasir, tepung protein rendah, dan maizena

– Tambahkan mentega yang sudah dilelehkan, tuang perlahan

– Matikan mikser, lalu aduk adonan dengan spatula

– Siapkan tiga loyang berukuran 18 cm, lalu oleskan mentega dan taburi sedikit tipis dengan merata

– Tuang adonan ke tiga loyang tersebut

– Panggang dalam preheated oven, api bawah, dan suhu 175 derajat celcius hingga matang.

– Untuk crumble, aduk semua bahan menjadi satu

– Ambil adonan sedikit-sedikit, lalu tabur di atas loyang yang telah dialasi dengan baking paper

– Panggang dengan suhu 140 derajat celsius, sambil sesekali ditekan agar hancur. Panggang sampai terlihat berwarna golden brown.

– Untuk coating, kocok whippy bubuk dan susu dingin hingga kaku. Simpan dalam kulkas sampai saat akan dipakai.

– Siapkan kue yang sudah matang. Ambil satu lembar cake, lalu olesi dengan selai nanas, kemudian tambahkan whip cream di atasnya. Lakukan hal yang sama pada cake kedua dan ketiga.

– Olesi seluruh permukaan cake dengan whip cream, kemudian taburi crumbble sampai penuh.

– Pada bagian atasnya, hias dengan kue nastar. Kue siap dihidangkan
