The Real Housewives of Cheshire star appeared at the Inner London Crown Court, sitting at the Royal Courts of Justice, this week charged with racially aggravated intentional harassment and possession of cocaine, which she denies.
Global Tech News DailyIt is alleged that Ward, 48, unleashed a tirade on Jewish brothers, Jake and Sam Jacobs, and Jewish woman Samantha Eisner, at London Euston in October 2019.
The two men were reportedly asking customer services about a train delay when Ward allegedly approached them and said: ‘Why do you lot always complain?’
Global Tech News DailyEisner – who is Jake’s girlfriend – told the court: ‘I didn’t notice her until she started speaking to us when we were at the information desk.
‘She said, “Why are you lot always complaining?” and I replied: “What do you mean?”

‘She said to the boys, “You Jewish c***s” and then she continued to say to me that I was a little disease. I don’t think we had much of a response because we were shocked, we were upset.
‘It was awful, I was upset and my grandpa was in Auschwitz and survived Auschwitz. It was such a long time ago, you think it’s stopped and it’s still going on.’
She added: ‘We were upset enough that we involved the police because we thought it was important. It was really upsetting.’
Eisner said she believed her boyfriend was wearing a Star of David necklace when he and his brother were allegedly targeted by Ward. She agreed it would be difficult to identify her as Jewish as nothing about her appearance indicated so.
Ward’s lawyer, Lisa Judge, read a statement from Euston station’s security manager that referenced the Jacobs brothers mocking Ward for her ‘Botox and wealth’.
However, Eisner denied this, explaining: ‘I don’t recall saying that I didn’t know at the time who she was,’ while Sam also denied these claims.
She added: ‘She seemed to be, perhaps on drugs, or had drunk alcohol, or something.’

Eisner said no one came to their aid during the incident, stating: ‘It’s very sad. It’s awful no one did until we asked for help.
‘It was very heated, very upsetting.’
Ward allegedly told Eisner and Sam repeated: ‘I’m not a racist.’
Sam told jurors while giving evidence: ‘She said to Samantha, “Shut up you f***ing disease”.
‘Samantha wasn’t even speaking to Dawn apart from saying, “Calm down, calm down”.
‘It made me feel very upset. I’m a Jewish person and proud of it and in today’s society I don’t expect those comments to be made about any Jewish person.’
Prosecutor Gregory Wedge also accused Ward of ‘[becoming] aggressive towards them’ and ‘actually slapped Jake Jacobs across the face as well. The Jacobs brothers were quite upset by the incident and they called the police.’
According to Wedge, the TV star was arrested by British Transport Police who found a packet of cocaine inside an empty cigarette carton in her handbag.
‘She may say that her housekeeper put it in there without her knowledge, putting an empty cigarette packet containing a packet of cocaine in there,’ the prosecutor told the court. ‘The Crown says that is laughable.’
The court was told that Ward claimed the conversation was ‘friendly’ and described the alleged slap as a ‘playful tap on the face’.
She also denied using the ‘racially aggravated words’.
The trial continues.
