The French leader announced at a press conference that it was decided to “create a coalition for deep strikes, thus supplying medium and long-range missiles and bombs.”
“Over the next ten days, we intend to mobilize all these efforts because we have identified many European and non-European countries that have ammunition,” Macron said.
The French President also urged Europeans to “produce more” of the relevant munitions.
Macron also reminded that earlier eight coalitions were created to support Ukraine, each dedicated to specific types of weaponry. The current one will be the ninth.
Moreover, according to him, representatives of the vast majority of countries at the special summit in Paris expressed the need to be prepared for a possible Russian attack in the coming years.
