Le incumplió al no poner en marcha el fondo multidonante mediante el cual aspiraban a que la comunidad internacional les pagara por no secuestrar. Pero es que el gobierno también la jugó mal, en lo que es una flagrante mentira, aseguró que el tal fondo no tenía como propósito pagarles por no volver a secuestrar, sino por ayudar genéricamente a la paz.

La pregunta es qué hará ahora el gobierno frente a un grupo que, sentado en una mesa, hablando de paz, sencillamente anuncia de manera pública que volverá a secuestrar, cuando no volverlo a ser fue una de las condiciones que exigió el gobierno para continuar el proceso de negociación.

Está de por medio la rabia del ELN por el hecho de que el gobierno no desautorice los diálogos regionales, ya que lo sienten como una estrategia para debilitar el mando central. Lo que sucede es que unos días amenazamos con la noticia de que estamos a semanas de finalizar un acuerdo con el ELN positivamente y otros días amanecemos con la noticia de que el proceso está al borde de la ruptura, entonces: ¿al fin qué?
