“The Board of Directors of CONCOR is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 16th May, 2024 to consider inter alia the approval of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2024,” as per the filing.
“The Board may also consider declaration of Final Dividend for
2023-24, if any, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting,” the statement added.
CONCOR Dividend Record Date 2024
CONCOR dividend will paid to shareholders subject to their eligibility on the record date.
It is likely that CONCOR dividend record date will be announced by the board along with the amount.
CONCOR Dividend History
According to BSE website, CONCOR had in February 2024 paid a dividend of 80 per cent or Rs 4 on each equity share of Rs 5 face value. In 2023, the railway company had paid dividend on four occasions — Rs 3 in November, Rs 2 in September, Rs 2 in August and Rs 4 in February.
Back in 2022 and 2021, CONCOR had distributed a dividend of Rs 10 and Rs 6, respectively, on each stock to its investors.

CONCOR is a constituent of S&P BSE 200. The railway stock on Friday closed in the green at Rs 1,058.80. According to BSE analytics on May 4, the railway stock has delivered a positive return of 23 per cent in 2024 so far. In one year, the stock has yielded a solid return of 69 per cent.
