Ooredoo Oman and Ericsson have partnered to provide Ooredoo’s customers with state-of-the-art Ericsson Charging and Ericsson Mediation systems, providing an upgraded digital customer experience. Under the five-year agreement, all exiting charging and rating platforms are being consolidated and replaced with online rating and charging using Ericsson systems. The collaboration significantly simplifies Ooredoo’s charging infrastructure.
