Prison à vie pour le meneur d’un groupe filmant des mutilations corporelles

Le meneur d’un groupe d’hommes jugés pour avoir procédé à des mutilations corporelles a été condamné jeudi à la prison à vie, assortie d’une période de sûreté de 22 ans, par un tribunal londonien. Certaines amputations étaient filmées et diffusées sur un site internet payant.

Marius Gustavson, 46 ans, était poursuivi pour une série d’infractions liées à des «modifications corporelles extrêmes» sur 13 victimes – dont lui-même -, ainsi que l’ablation et la commercialisation de certaines parties du corps des victimes et la mise en ligne de vidéos.

Il avait créé un site internet payant pour diffuser ces mutilations et revendiquait «la fabrication d’eunuques», référence au mouvement «nullo» réunissant des personnes ayant connu une modification corporelle telle que l’enlèvement de leurs organes génitaux. Comptant 22.000 abonnés, son site avait rapporté près de 300.000 livres (près de 350.000 euros) entre 2017 et 2021.

Si les victimes avaient apparemment consenti à ces ablations, certains des évènements qui se sont produits relèvent «quasiment de la boucherie humaine», a affirmé le juge Mark Lucraft. Marius Gustavson était le cerveau de cette entreprise «à grande échelle», ayant même à une occasion cuisiné «des testicules humains, qui ont été mis sur une assiette pour être mangés».

Cet homme originaire de Norvège et habitant dans le nord de Londres, s’était lui-même coupé le pénis, ainsi qu’une jambe après avoir demandé à un complice de la geler.

La plainte d’une victime à la police avait été suivie de plusieurs arrestations à Londres, en Écosse et dans au Pays de Galles.

Six autres hommes étaient poursuivis devant le tribunal de l’Old Bailey à Londres pour complot en vue de commettre des lésions corporelles graves. Ils avaient reconnu les faits et ont été condamnés jeudi à entre 4,5 et 12 ans de prison.
