Princess Beatrice has welcomed her baby girl into the world.
The princess and her property developer husband Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi were delighted to announce the safe arrival of their daughter on Saturday September 18.
Their daughter was born at 11.42pm at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London.
She weighs 6 pounds and 2 ounces.
The new baby’s grandparents and great-grandparents have all been informed and are delighted with the news.
The royal family thanked all the staff at the hospital for their “wonderful care”.
Princess Beatrice and her child have been doing well.
The couple are looking forward to introducing their daughter to her big brother Christopher Woolf.
