Joseph Eubank, 27, has arrived at court today to face Brighton rape charges

The youngest son of boxing legend Chris Eubank has arrived at court to face two rape charges.

Joseph Eubank, 27, is accused of twice forcing himself on a girl near Brighton Palace Pier in 2022.

Eubank was arrested and charged over the alleged offences last year.

He faces two counts of rape of a woman over 16 at Brighton Magistrates Court today.

The action comes after a girl reported being raped by a man near to the pier on July 16, 2022.

Specialist officers then supported her while an investigation was launched.

In a statement in December last year Sussex Police said he had been released on bail with strict conditions.

They confirmed his appearance before Brighton Magistrates’ Court today.
