EcoWorld to launch three duduk series projects this year

KAJANG (Feb 29): Eco World Development Group Bhd (EcoWorld) announced that it will be launching three duduk series products this year during the opening ceremony of Se.duduk D’Kajang sales gallery at Jalan Kajang Villa on Thursday.

The three duduk series projects are Riang @ D’Eco Majestic, Santai @ D’Eco Spring and Se.duduk D’Kajang, which are expected to be launched in the third quarter of 2024 (3Q2024).

“Se.duduk D’Kajang is in a special location as it is the first EcoWorld project that is located outside of an EcoWorld township. In this 6.92 acres [of freehold land], Se.duduk D’Kajang is set to bring a breath of fresh air to Kajang with its amenities and lifestyle offerings,” said EcoWorld divisional general manager Evon Yap.

Se.duduk D’Kajang, which will be located along Jalan Kajang Villa, has a gross development value of RM500 million and will comprise residential and commercial components.

With five towers, there will be a total of 1,220 units with two built-ups, a 550 sq ft studio apartment selling for RM270,000 and a 1,000 sq ft going for below RM500,000 with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The commercial component of Se.duduk D’Kajang is called Se.duduk Square with 25 commercial units.

Se.duduk D’Kajang is slated for completion in 3Q2027.

The duduk series was introduced in 2020 with the aim to provide an attainable-priced home without compromising the residents’ lifestyle needs. It will be equipped with facilities and commercial offerings.

At the event, EcoWorld also signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with EFS Revision Energy Sdn Bhd to set up solar panels on the sales gallery’s rooftop.

Additionally, EcoWorld also signed another MOU with Chef Kecik Cafe to open an outlet next to the sales gallery. This will be the cafe’s third outlet within EcoWorld’s project. The first two are in Eco Majestic and Eco Forest townships.
