Passport services swing back into action

The Consular Department has resumed passport services nationwide.

Those who want to apply must register via qpassport.in.th to begin booking dates, time slots and places for applying for their passports.

The service is available from Monday to Friday. Operational hours depend on the location, but the Chaeng Watthana headquarters, satellite offices near MRT Klong Toey station and SC Plaza on Taling Chan Road are open from 8.30am-3pm.

The branches in Thanya Park community mall and MBK Centre are open from 10am-4pm. However, the service at Central West Gate, Future Park and Big C Suwinthawong remain closed.

Consular offices in 18 provinces including Chiang Mai, Udon Thani and Phuket are now open. For more details, call 02-572-8442
